What is GTD?
GTD, or Getting Things Done, is an organizational framework created by David Allen, designed to help you focus and maximize your productivity.
Couldn't I just use a todo app?
Dictate.life isn't a todo app – it's a "swiss army knife" of tools designed to be your organization hub without needing you to set it up first. In other words, Dictate.life can enable you to do much more than a todo app, right now.
What is your refund policy?
If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, email us at support@dictate.life within 30 days and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
What is Agile?
Agile is a vast set of conventions aimed at modeling an effective process of completing work, based upon small iterations and rapidly adapting to feedback.
Does Dictate.life support multi-factor authentication?
Yes. Your security and privacy is very important to us. We encourage you to enable two-factor auth through an authenticator app like Authy when you use Dictate.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account will become read-only once the billing period ends and will be deleted 30 days after that. You can download your data at any time before it is deleted and can request that your data not be deleted if you'd just like to take a break.
What happens at resource limits?
You'll receive an in-app message that lets you know about any account limitations.
Is Dictate.life affiliated with GTD?
Not yet! Frankly, we haven't asked. While we are extremely grateful for David Allen and GTD, Dictate.life only adopts some – not all – of GTD's principles.
Can I use Dictate.life with my team?
Yes and no. Dictate.life is designed for individual organization and not for collaboration – it can help individual team members be more organized, however there are better tools than Dictate for enabling collaboration among teams.
