# Step 1 — Sign up

• ✓ Go to https://app.dictate.life/signup → and create your account.

# Step 2 — Collect to Inbox

• ✓ Use the quick-add at the top of any page to add thoughts, tasks, links, or ideas to your Inbox. Keep it frictionless—get it out of your head first.

# Step 3 — Process your Inbox

• ✓ Open your Inbox and decide for each item:
  • Delete if no longer relevant
  • ✓ Next Action for things you can do soon
  • ✓ Epic if it’s part of a bigger outcome
  • ✓ Knowledge if it’s reference material
  • ✓ Event if it’s time-based (date or reminder)
  • ✓ List, Feed, or Video if it belongs in a collection

# Step 4 — Do the next right thing

• ✓ Pick from your Next Actions. Keep actions small and specific so it’s easy to start.

# Step 5 — Review regularly

• ✓ Keep your Inbox near zero. Review Epics, Lists, and Events on your rhythm (daily/weekly).
